This is author Luc Carl. He used to date Lady Gaga and once took her to a small bar in Omaha. I met him at The Bookworm in Omaha when he signed copies of his book, "The Drunk Diet: How I Lost 40 Pounds--Wasted: A Memoir." He was a friendly, witty guy, and I enjoyed his book. A number of Gaga's songs like, "You and I" and others were written about Luc.
